Yes absolutely. Our partner washapp arranges collection of your clothes using washapp pickup service. All you need to do is select your collection date in the form below.

Yes, you need to put all your clothes in a cardboard box, ready for collection by Washapp. Ensure your box is sealed with packaging tape so that nothing falls out.

No, you don’t have to pay for postage of your clothes, as we cover the cost of this

We accept pretty much all items of clothing, so long as they are high street or designer brands, undamaged, and not fake. Contact us if you’re still unclear.

Yes we can. Our partner washapp offers collections from Monday to Sunday, subject to slot availability

Your box of clothes must weigh 25kg. Washapp will refuse to take it if heavier. You may send us multiple boxes but each box must weigh 25kg.

No, we don’t do this as it is damaging to the children’s local economy, and is an expensive administrative and logistical cost to our charity.

The non-profit organizations have their own verification processes that guarantee the ethical allocation of these items of clothing.

ALittle in collaboration with Washapp handles the collection and transport of donated clothing to the sorting centers where each item is separated and sorted to allocate it to the most suitable purpose. This way, we offer you our entire network of stores and our logistical capacity to ensure that the clothing you no longer need is given a new life.

No. We can only accept clothes that are in good condition without damage. If you send damaged clothes, we will have to dispose of them at cost to our charity.

Depending on the capacity of each organization, the items may be:

_ Donated to people in need.

_Sold through the charity channels of the non-profit organizations in order to finance their social projects.

_Reused and transformed into other textile products such as cloths or rags.

Items of clothing that cannot be reused or recycled because of health and safety reasons or due to the quality of their materials are subjected to a strict waste management process at cost to our charity.

No. This project is part of our investment model in environmental and social programs. The purpose of all the collected clothing is to develop the social projects of the non-profit organizations with which we collaborate.

No. The aim of this initiative is to provide direct social support or to finance social projects that are developed and run by the non-profit organizations we work with.

Yes, but please ensure your box is no larger than 150cm when you add all three sides together (combined total i.e. length + width + height).

Unfortunately Washapp does not offer specific time slots for donation collection. Collections take place on the date you selected between 9am and 9.00 pm.
